How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at support@hofuzen.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99 USD. Orders of $35.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your shipment.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hofuzen.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
