Refund policy

At HOFUZEN, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable; any such exclusion will also be clearly stated in the relevant promotion.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us at support@hofuzen.com. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@hofuzen.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange
