Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time. Orders are shipped through trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, for final delivery within the United States. The following rates apply at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 USD — Estimated delivery: 7 to 12 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders of $35.00 USD or more—Estimated delivery: 7 to 12 business days
Please note that total time to receive your order is the processing time (1 to 3 business days) plus the transit time (7 to 12 business days).
Free Shipping
Orders with a subtotal of $35.00 USD or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping at checkout. No coupon code is required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
HOFUZEN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
